Double jeopardy for Indian in 2012!

It’s a great feel to see Jimi Mistry play a crucial link in determining the survival of human race. But what’s truly disheartening is the fate that befalls him. At the outset of the movie, Dr. Satnam Tsurutani (Jimi Mistry) and his team in India painstakingly discover that a high concentration of neutrinos from the largest solar flares is triggering the earth’s temperature to rise and predicts it will set out a series of catastrophic ripple effects throughout the globe. American geologist Adrian Helmsley after a meeting with Satnam informs White House Chief of staff Carl Anheuser and the US President Thomas Wilson warning them about the possible repercussions of the findings. The finding makes it possible for starting the secret project of building series of arks within the Himalayan peaks so as to ensure continuity of human race. Very little is shown of the great Indian doctor then on as the movie proceeds, until in the end when Doctor Satnam makes a last phone call to Adrian to warn him about a 1500 meter high tsunami heading in the direction of the arks which is about to hit the mainland where he and his family are in.

Can you call it a selfless act not fight for his survival and his family’s? May be. Was it his call to stay back? No. Was he ditched? Absolutely. Many didn’t make it to those arks which were the only way to survive. That apart, its sheer monstrosity to deny Jimi Mistry a pass to the ark. The brain behind the catastrophic prediction was in fact left to die. Hegemony in the world is so obviously portrayed in the movie?

2012 and Beyond: Accelerated Ascension

“This is a time of great celebration as we move out of the darkness and into the light. The veils will be lifted, we will remember and live our intimate connection to all life. We will completely redefine what it means to be human.”

Bob Frissell, author of Nothing in This Book Is True But It’s Exactly How Things Are, and Something in This Book Is True and You Are a Spiritual Being Having a Human Experience, and teacher of MerKaBa (vehicle of ascension) meditation, asserts that something incredible is to happen within seven years: “The entire cycle that we are now on will disappear in a single day” and we shall be ushered into a higher dimension.

A 200-year-old Hopi prophecy spoke of a ‘Blue Star’ exploding, opening a seven-year window to take us to “the end times.” Hopi, like the Mayans, are said to be conscious survivors of Atlantis. “They both hold the memory of the Earth for the past 26,000 years.” The spectacular eruption of Comet 17P/Holmes on October 24, 2007 was interpreted as the fulfilment of the ‘Blue Star’ prophecy. Astronomers were shocked to see that the 17th magnitude comet brightened by a factor of nearly a million in less than 24 hours, becoming a naked-eye object in the evening sky. By mid-November the expanding comet was the largest object in the solar system – bigger even than the Sun.

Robert Ghost Wolf had forewarned us: "The return of the Blue Star will be the alarm clock that tells us of the new day and a new way of life, a new world that is coming."

Frissell, who conducts Flower of Life workshops and MerKaBa meditation, a combination of sacred geometry teachings that “create a doorway through which you travel beyond the limitation of time and space to the unified living field of which we are all a part - the living energy of all creation,” recounts two major events occurring since the dawn of the new millennium, both capable of “changing everything.”

The first is the movement of the Earth’s Kundalini, which happens every 13,000 years. It is tied to the precession of the equinoxes. “The Kundalini, which is related to the Earth’s spiritual growth process, has two poles. One is in the centre of the Earth; the other is somewhere on the surface. Every 13,000 years its polarity changes to the opposite pole. As the Kundalini energy comes out of the centre of the Earth it moves up in a wave, much like the motion of a snake. When it reaches the surface it moves all over the Earth until it locates a new spot.”

Once located in Lemuria, the surface pole relocated to the southwest corner of Atlantis until it moved into the western mountains of Tibet 13,000 years ago. It began its latest journey in 1949 and finally settled in the northern mountains of Chile in 2002. “Every time this pole moves it has a new vibration, which in turn takes us to a new level of consciousness,” says Frissell.

The second major event was the birthing of the new grid in January 2008. “Its conception began 13,200 years ago when Thoth, Ra and Araragat began the synthetic reconstruction of the grid in the Giza plateau. Its birth lasted about one month, with the assistance of Polynesian elders. The Christ-consciousness grid has been fully formed and it is a living energy field around the Earth today. Mother Earth has made a conscious decision to move into the higher overtones of the fourth dimension,” says Frissell.

These two events have led us into a new heart-based energy field, accelerating our spiritual advancement. A whole new world, based on the heart, will emerge within the next seven years or so.

The ascension process is accelerated through the remembrance of the MerKaBa, a crystalline energy field in a specific geometric structure extending around the body for 55 feet. MerKaBa, according to Frissell, helps us re-establish the proper prana flow, and allows us to experience this unity of being.

Frissell alludes to a tube that runs through the centre of the body, connecting the apexes of the star tetrahedral field. “Before we fell in consciousness I3,000 years ago, we breathed prana through this tube. Prana simultaneously comes in from the top and passes through the pineal gland, and enters from the bottom, meeting in one of the chakras. Remembering how to breathe through this tube, combined with rotating the fields around the body, produces the merkaba, a vehicle of ascension.”

There are three star tetrahedral fields superimposed over each other around the body. One is the physical body, one is the mental body, and the third is the emotional body. The fields are rotated by linking together the mind, emotions, and the physical body. The mental field spins to the left, the emotional field to the right, and the field for the body remains stationary. When these fields are rotated at very specific speeds and in a certain way, a disk pops out at the base of the spine for 55 to 60 feet and a sphere appears. This field is known as the merkaba. It is the original creation pattern of the universe on all levels of existence.

The word "Mer" means counter-rotating fields of light; "Ka" spirit; and "Ba" is body or reality. MerKaBa, then, is a counter-rotating field of light that takes both body and spirit with it. “Once you know how to activate these fields you can use your merkaba to travel throughout the universe,” says Frissell.

2012: Catastrophic Scenarios

Breathtakingly stark, brutal, stunning, heartrending imageries of natural calamities and massive destruction, spiraling across the world from Rio de Janeiro to Rome, Americas to the Himalayas - Roland Emmerich’s take on the ‘2012’ global cataclysm is as eerily real and imminent as it can get.

Even without the aid of special effects and sci-fi graphics, the nightmare comes alive 24/7 in many parts of the world; and we are inundated with cascading news stories of horrific nature almost on hourly updates. It’s not sheer premonition of impending doom; we have shivers running down our spine witnessing chilling videos of real-time Armageddon.

Earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, hurricanes, tornados, forest fires, smog, drought, pestilence, extreme weather, melting glaciers, shifting continents, rising oceans, human disruption – the Time Wave Zero narrative is truly terrifying. Power grids, global positioning satellites, computer networks, communication systems and all our strategic backup gadgetries would be woefully inadequate to meet the challenge of such emergencies of a colossal scale.

Galactic Alignment

During the winter solstice of 2012, the Earth will line up with the Sun and the centre of the galaxy. The orbital planes of solar system and 12 Zodiacal constellations will intersect the Dark Rift, a black bit of the Milky Way located next to Sagittarius.

The Earth and the moon float in the waves emerging from the centre of the galaxy, bobbling in the galactic sea, known as the procession of the equinoxes (23.5 degree wobble of Earth’s axis that changes our orientation to the larger field of stars). The pulse of the centre of the galaxy comes to earth every 26,000-year intervals.

The galactic centre appears to be 26,000 light-years from Earth. One light-year is a distance equivalent to 5.88 trillion miles, making the galactic centre about 153 quadrillion miles distant from Earth. Visible light, X-rays, gamma rays, radio emissions that reach us today from galactic centre took 26,000 years to arrive on Earth.

What happens on December 21, 2012 is a rare alignment of our planet, our solar system and the centre of our galaxy. This will not occur for another 26,000 years. Many believe that this opening up of high energy fields and transformative impulses will have a great impact on human evolution, a shift in consciousness.

Sunspots

NASA is predicting strong solar activity around 2012. Since 1610, when magnetic storms – sunspots – began to be observed, 23 cycles of sunspots averaging 11 years each have occurred, with the last beginning in May 1996. On March 10, 2006, sunspots and solar flares suddenly stopped. The next sunspot cycle will be 30-50 per cent stronger than the previous one.

Magnetic Reversals

Some speak of a possible sudden shift in magnetic orientation of Earth’s poles, and displacement of the Earth crust. The planet’s magnetic field has been weakening rapidly.

Magnetic reversals have already happened 171 times in the last 76 million years. However, any loss of Earth’s magnetic shield, or a reversal of the poles will have tremendous consequences – for man and nature. Ocean currents, weather, energy fields, human brain and electromagnetic nature of consciousness – everything will be affected.

Many species of animals – from whales to dolphins to hummingbirds and wildebeests rely on Earth’s magnetic “superhighways” to navigate their way to feeding and mating grounds.

Millions of tiny magnetic particles in our brain connect us to the Earth’s magnetic fields. It affects our nervous system, immune systems, perception of space, time, dreams and even reality itself. Consciousness – energy includes magnetism and electricity.

Many believe that the “galactic synchronization beam” would thus primarily transform us, our consciousness, and make us Luminous Ones.

2012: Age of Aquarius

While doomsday prophesies on the 2012 phenomenon are churned out as bestsellers and blockbuster action-adventure movies, a pyramid in Bengaluru suburbs is now being positioned as the epicentre for ultimate redemption: transformation of human consciousness through meditation!

The Maitreya-Buddha Pyramid, a New-Age temple of spiritual awakening built amidst the granite-rich hillocks of a sleepy village, Kebbedoddi, about 30 kilometres south of Bengaluru City on Kanakapura Road, is hallowed as the world’s largest pyramid dedicated solely to practising intensive meditation.

The Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement has pledged to make the 40-acre lush Pyramid Valley at Kebbedoddi an international centre for filling the whole world with “cosmic energy and soul power” of the Pyramid Masters by the year 2012.

Constructed on the principles of the Great Pyramid of Gizeh and perfectly aligned to the four cardinal points – North, East, South and West, the Maitreya-Buddha Pyramid is as tall as a ten-strorey building at 102ft. With a base area of 160ft x 160ft, it can accommodate 5,000 people.

A spiral Kings Chamber, the most energetic spot of the pyramid, stands 34ft tall at the centre. The pyramid has the golden angle of inclination at 51 degrees 52 minutes on all sides. Over 640 natural Himalayan crystals are fitted inside the hall to amplify the pyramid energy and enhance the profound meditation experience.

The exterior surface of the pyramid is covered by beautiful murals depicting various elements of nature. The lower hall of the pyramid has exquisite murals and art work of Buddha, evoking the spirit of powerful meditation techniques that Buddha identified.

Brahmarshi Patriji, an enlightened Master who embraces positive elements from a wide variety of spiritual sources, is spearheading the Pyramid Meditation movement with his avowed aim of creating “Dhyana Jagat” (Meditative World) by the year 2012.

Subhash Patri, a soil scientist who was a sales promotion officer with the Coromandal Fertilisers in Andhra Pradesh, was first fascinated by the book ‘The Secret Power of Pyramids’ by Bill Schul and Ed Pettit. “I built a miniature pyramid and conducted some practical tests. Tomatoes and brinjal kept inside the pyramid remained fresh for almost a month, while those left outside shrank and dried within three days. Even razor blades turned out much sharper just by being inside the pyramid,” says Patriji, who is married and has two daughters.

He built his first pyramid for meditation at Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh. Today, thousands of Pyramid Masters are immersed in spreading his unique science of Anapanasati Meditation, which is easily accessible to the rural masses as well as the urban elite. Anapanasati, in Pali language, means “to keep one’s total attention and awareness only on one’s normal breathing process.” In Anapanasati, attention of the mind should constantly be on the breath. “Be with the breath energy” is the only instruction given. No mantra is to be chanted; no deity to be worshiped; no ritual to follow. Just be with the natural rhythm of the breath.

Patriji teaches three great laws in the science of meditation. The first law: “When we are with the simple, normal, natural, easy, tranquil and peaceful flow of breath, the mind becomes rather empty.”

Second law: “When the mind becomes rather empty, vast amounts of cosmic energy flood into the physical body.”

Third: “When sufficient amounts of cosmic energy enter the physical body, the result is a highly reasonable amount of activation of the third-eye.”

Meditation done inside a pyramid, says Patriji, is thrice more powerful. Preservation, healing and out-of-body experiences are attributed to Pyramid Powers. Most people experience feelings ranging from utter calmness to extreme euphoria while meditating inside a pyramid.

Pyramids are perhaps the perfect haven for mankind at these apocalyptic times, the end of Mahakalpa. As Carl Johan Calleman says: “A time when light will pass through all underworlds without any obscuring filtering of darkness blocking the contact between humankind and the Divine.”

2012: Countdown to Apocalypse

German director Roland Emmerich, a master of the disaster genre, gives us a ringside view of the end of the world in ‘2012’. The magnitude of the cataclysmic events at the End of Time is indeed much more earth-shattering than aliens destroying the White House (‘Independence Day’) or New York being hit by tidal waves (‘The Day After Tomorrow’).

The tagline for the latest doomsday epic says: “We were warned.” John Cusack’s character, Jackson Curtis, the chauffer-writer of the unsuccessful book, Farewell to Atlantis, depicting a researcher who opens a portal into a parallel universe, making contact with his double, uses his knowledge of ancient prophesies to ensure that human race is not completely wiped out in the great deluge following massive earthquakes and tsunamis in 2012.

There is a plethora of prophesies and their interpretations alluding to metaphysics, cosmology, astronomy, philosophy, new-age spirituality and perennial wisdom regarding the 2012 phenomenon that encompasses human cycles, earth cycles as well as celestial cycles. It also involves the nondual relationship between infinity and finitude, eternity and time.

The focal point is the end of the Mayan Great Cycle, the end of time, precisely calculated to occur at midnight on December 21, 2012 during the winter solstice, marking a rare alignment of our planet, our solar system and the centre of our galaxy, one that will not occur for another 26,000 years.

The Mayan lore is shrouded in mystery. The Maya “suddenly appeared” over 1,500 years ago in remote areas of what’s today Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, Guatemala, and parts of Honduras and Belize. Theirs was an inexplicably much advanced civilisation, and they possessed intriguingly much developed technology for their times. They seemed to have arrived with a most sophisticated galactic clock. Their calculation of cosmic cycles and time is unsurpassed. Besides tracking familiar solar and lunar cycles, the Maya calendar tracks rare celestial alignment of our solar system.

They marked the passage of time through a 260-day ritual year, composed of 13 months lasting 20 days each. They also had a 360-day civil calendar. These two calendars coincided every 52 civil years, encompassing 72 ritual years. In addition, they had the Long Count, lasting 1,872,000 days (13 baktuns) or 5125 solar years, which is one World Age cycle. The Long Count that began on August 13, 3113 BC ends on December 21, 2012, when our sun will move into direct alignment with the equator of the Milky Way galaxy.

Jose Arguelles says in ‘Time and the Techno Sphere’: “August 13, 3113 BC is as precise and accurate as one can get for a beginning of history. The first Egyptian dynasty is dated circa 3100 BC, the first city Uruk in Mesopotamia also circa 3100 BC. Hindu Kali Yuga 3102 BC. And the division of time into 24 hours of 60 minutes each and each minute into 60 seconds (and the division of the circle into 360 degree) also around 3100 BC in Sumeria. If the beginning of history is so accurately placed, then must not the end of history – December 21, 2012 – also be accurate?”

As mysteriously as they came, the Mayan timekeepers left their temples, observatories, pyramids and their greatest cities and walked into the forest and disappeared, sometime during 9th Century AD – leaving behind some of the most baffling archaeological mysteries ever uncovered.

The Mayan gods were avatars of certain stars and planets. The Maya believed the “first father” of the human race was the maize god who came from and eventually returned to Orion.

Mayan traditions speak of the return of the Quetzalcoatl, the mythical feathered serpent of Mesoamerica that symbolises the union of snake and bird or Earth and Heaven. Could the end of Time also mean a great transition for the humans, a cosmic window of opportunity to reach for the stars?
